Baghouse or Dust Collector Monthly Maintenance |

1. Inspect tubesheet for dust accumulation, corrosion and evidence of
condensation. |
|
2. Visually inspect bags for blinding, leakage and wear. When possible perform Trace-It leak detection test. |
|
3. Check timer control for operation and proper pulse sequence and duration. |
|
4. Clean pressure gauge taps with compressed air. |
|
5. Check foundation bolts, housings and belts on fans and motors. |
|
6. Check inlet air flow into baghouse. |
