Baghouse or Dust Collector Daily Maintenance |

1. Check pressure drop across baghouse. |
|
2. Check header air pressure. |
|
3. Drain header. |
|
4. Check air lock for operation and leaks. |
|
5. Rap hopper with rubber hammer to avoid bridging and build up. |
|
6. Visually inspect stack. |
|
7. Check temperature gauges (know bag limitations: temperature) |
