The ultimate low cost high performance Bin Vent. A size 9-3.2-BDS Staclean™ Silo Bin Vent with Pleated Bags and flip top lid contains 240 square feet of effective cloth area and is designed to handle 1000 CFM at 70˚F. temperature with an air-to-cloth ratio of 4.15 to 1 and an upward can velocity of 173 feet per minute. Pleated Bags with Diffuser core: The pleated bags have 45 pleats and are 100% spunbond polyester to withstand a maximum operating temperature of 180˚F. Each pleated bag is 6.25" diameter (tubesheet hole) by 36" long and contains 26.7 square feet of effective cloth area. They are top removal with snapband for ease of maintenance. Preassembled, Prepiped & Prewired: The unit ships preassembled. The solenoids and diaphragm valves are integral and the solenoids are prewired to the timer, mounted below the header. The clean air plenum, tubesheet and dirty air plenum will all be assembled in one unit. The unit can be lifted off the truck and set into place. This will save you at least 10-20 on site man hours. Included in each cage is the patented Staclean™ Diffuser which maximizes bag life and lowers operating pressure drop Preassembled & Prepiped: The unit ships preassembled and the solenoids are prepiped to the valves with polyethylene tubing.
